Shipping & Returns
Please be aware that orders are processed in 48 business hours depending on custom design. Business days do not include weekends and there is no weekend delivery for any shipping method. Some items cannot be shipped using Second Day or Next Day due to size, material, customization and delivery address.
Orders generally ship within 2-3 business days after purchase. All orders placed on Friday after 12:00 p.m. CST will begin processing on the following Monday.
*Signature is required upon delivery of all packages. Please remain up to date with your tracking updates and arrange for someone to be available to sign for your package. If USPS attempts delivery and you are not available, please report to your local USPS Office immediately to claim your package before it is returned to us.
Please note that The SHED ships all international packages "Delivery Duties Unpaid." This means that all customs, duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not charged by The SHED and are the responsibility of the customer at the time of delivery. If the customer fails to pay these fees and the package is returned to The SHED, we will not resend your package and instead issue a store credit in the amount of the subtotal of your order (not including shipping fee). The SHED is not responsible for any delays in delivery caused by unclaimed packages or incorrect shipping addresses (the shipping address the customer enters at the time of the purchase is the address we will ship the package to).
Return & Exchange Policy
The SHED does not issue REFUNDS for returned items.
We accept returns for store credit only within 14 days of arrival. Returns must be received in new condition; unused, unworn, unwashed with the hygienic liner intact (where applicable). Items returned with obvious use, makeup, deodorant, perfume, or similar product stains will be subject to refusal.
Theshedwomensgroup.com understands that ordering online is not always an easy task. We want to make your online shopping experience as easy as possible. We are happy to exchange your item(s) for store credit or for another available item of equal value.
Items returned within 14 days of their original shipment date will be eligible for a store credit or exchange for another item of equal value. All returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. Any returned items that appear to have been worn, washed, or damaged in any way will be returned to you. If we are unable to do so, you will receive a store credit with a 15% fee deducted from the amount of the value of the item(s) returned.
All items are returned to The SHED at the expense of the customer. Please be sure to include a note inside the return package with your name, order number, and what you wish to receive in exchange for the enclosed item. A tracking number for the returned package must be obtained by the customer in case the package is lost on its way back to The SHED. Failure to do so may result in us not being able to process your exchange. The SHED reserves the right not to credit you if you return items outside the terms of our Exchange Policy.
